TH Global Capital is thrilled to announce that it has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Fortezza Group, an IT managed services provider headquartered in Netherlands, on its private equity buyout by Capital A Investment Partners, reinforcing its position as the leading global boutique investment bank in the Benelux. The transaction is supported by an equity reinvestment by the current management team. This is TH Global Capital’s 9th Microsoft partner transaction.
