Vivek has over 25 years of investment banking experience including providing strategic and M&A advisory to leading companies & private equity funds in our focus domains.

With M&A and private equity transaction experience across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, he has completed over 100 transactions with cumulative transaction value of over $5 billion in 31 countries. Vivek has an educational background in Business Management from Christ University. After a 10 year stint in New York, Vivek moved to London in 2012 where outside of work, he also captains the 1st XI at South London Cricket Club, which he founded.

Geeta has over 20 years of M&A and capital markets experience with leading investment banking firms in North America and Europe.

Geeta manages operations globally. Geeta started her career at CIBC World Markets in North America and then was in the EMEA Financial Institutions and Fintech Investment Banking team at UBS Investment Bank. Geeta has completed over $50 billion in transaction value. Geeta is a CFA charter holder and has an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work, Geeta enjoys going to the gym, and is a trained classical dancer.

Pablo has over 17 years experience in M&A and capital market transactions gained both as a principal at a private equity firm and as an advisor at leading advisory firms working with owner-managed businesses in the technology sector in the UK and Continental Europe.

Pablo has an EMBA and an MSc in Finance from CEU San Pablo Business School, Valencia, and a Masterclass in Private Equity from London Business School. He is also a CFA charter holder and Chairman of the Private Equity Special Interest Group at CFA Society of the UK in London. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, French, Catalan and Portuguese. Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending time with his young family, reading, and when possible, going to the gym.

Marty has over 15 years of experience advising clients in the technology sector on capital raises and M&A transactions.

Based in the U.S., he previously worked at Nomura, Pesky Prunier (acquired by Canaccord Genuity), and GP Bullhound. Marty has an MBA from George Washington University and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Marty enjoys spending time with his family, music, and sports. 

Jennifer has over 16 years of M&A and corporate finance experience at mid-market investment banking firms as well as technology scale-ups.

Previously she was at Torch Partners in London and AGC Partners Europe covering technology, Healthtech and digital infrastructure and at Sansa Advisors in New York focused on TMT and biopharma transactions. She was Head of Corp Dev at CPaaS vendor Nexmo, acquired by Vonage and at Amobee, acquired by SingTel. Jennifer is a CFA Charterholder, has a Masters degree in Finance from USF and a career spanning across three continents. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hitting the tennis court on Saturdays (rain or shine).

Nuno has over 15 years of pan-European technology M&A experience. At TH Global Capital, he focuses on software investments across Europe.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Nuno was at FirstCapital, a tech-focused investment banking firm, where he originated and executed software deals in the European mid-market. Earlier in his career, Nuno worked at EOCPartners, now integrated into Houlihan Lokey, where he led the execution of several high-profile tech deals in the Nordics. Nuno holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing tennis, skiing, and sailing.

Asif has over 15 years of M&A and corporate finance experience and has closed several transactions across UK, France, Portugal, US and India. He has helped large corporates, financial sponsors and owner managed businesses.

Previously, he was at Pharma Ventures in London where he covered biotech, pharma, CROs, CDMOS, medical devices and digital health. Prior to that, he has worked at Sapien Capital, Wedge Alternatives in London and Citi Smith Barney in New York. Asif has an MSc from London School of Economics and has lived and worked in 3 continents. Outside of work, Asif enjoys tennis and reading.

Abhishek has over 20 years experience in M&A, fundraising, corporate development, and private equity. At TH Global Capital, he manages Tech Services and SaaS transactions in India.

Abhishek began his investment banking career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent five years working in both India and the UK. He later founded a boutique investment banking firm specialising in startup fundraising in India. Following that, he transitioned to a corporate development role at Quess Corp, a listed Indian conglomerate, before joining EY in their technology investment banking division. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys practicing yoga and aerobics.

Marco has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience across Europe, advising clients on M&A and financing transactions across a wide range of industries, including Financial Institutions, FinTech, and software-driven businesses. 

Before joining TH Global Capital, he held senior roles at Julius Baer and Société Générale, supporting entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutional investors on strategic initiatives throughout the DACH region. At TH Global Capital, Marco leads the firm’s DACH coverage and its Financial Services and FinTech practice in Europe. He is a CFA charterholder and holds degrees in Banking, Finance and Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys time by the lake, travel, and skiing.

Akshay has over 11 years of strategy consulting experience in the US and India, working with clients in Telecom, Software, and Tech Services industries. 

His key areas of expertise include B2B growth and sales acceleration, go-to-market strategy, account scale-up, board strategy, business and operating model transformation, and digital strategy. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Akshay worked at McKinsey & Company and Monitor Deloitte, advising boards, C-suite leaders, and B2B sales executives in the CMT sector to help them achieve their strategic goals and priorities. Akshay holds a Master’s degree from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree from NIT Surat, Gujarat. Outside of work, you’ll find him training for marathons, practicing yoga, and spending time with his family.

Stefan has over 8 years of M&A and corporate finance experience, having provided transaction advice to a variety of founder led businesses, private equity houses and corporates seeking to acquire or divest.

He has extensive experience working in the mid-market across the IT, business services and technology sectors. Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Stefan was a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s M&A team, where he became a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Outside of work, Stefan enjoys various sports (as an avid Hawthorn and Liverpool supporter) and spending time in the great outdoors with his family.

Pascal has over 6 years of experience in M&A providing advisory services to Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) companies.

Starting his career as an auditor in Luxembourg, he then joined a global investment banking firm in Paris, primarily focusing on tech companies. Pascal now supports the development of our M&A activities in France. Outside of work, Pascal is passionate about gastronomy, travel and enjoys reading.

Ryan has over 10 years experience in Finance and M&A with leading advisory firms as well as corporate buy-and-build platforms. Ryan is responsible for TH Global Capital’s coverage efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Previously, Ryan led the M&A activities of global e-commerce player Berlin Brands Group. Ryan began his professional career in the M&A advisory division of Deloitte, specializing in transactions pertaining to the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys travel in combination with surfing as well as skydiving.

Puneet has over 14 years of Fund Raising and M&A experience at leading Technology focused Investment Banking firms across India.

Previously, Puneet was at ICBC as Head of Investment Banking in India and Merisis Advisors. Puneet started his career as a software engineer at LTIMindtree – a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. He has an MBA and a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. As Vice President, Puneet supports the firm’s technology M&A and private equity transactions throughout India and the Middle East. Outside of work, Puneet enjoys a game of cricket and football with his daughter.

Raja has over 12 years of experience in investment banking advising corporates on M&A and capital raising transactions globally.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Raja was at Torch Partners in London, advising companies in the technology, ESG and digital infrastructure space. Prior to that Raja worked at Fort Capital Partners in Toronto advising companies across sectors in North America. Raja is a CFA charterholder, with an MBA from Symbiosis International University, India. Outside of work, Raja enjoys travelling and going on long walks with his dog.

Edoardo has over 12 years of Corporate Finance and M&A experience. At TH Global Capital, he oversees our technology clients in Latin America.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Edoardo worked for J.P. Morgan where he qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Based in São Paulo, Edoardo has been involved in over 25 M&A transactions and IPOs in Latin America, with a significant focus on the technology sector. Outside of work, Edoardo is an avid kitesurfer who enjoys exploring the beaches of northeastern Brazil.

Tommaso has over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, advising Technology companies on M&A and ECM transactions across Italy and Europe. At TH Global Capital he is responsible for client coverage in Italy.

John has over 10 years of experience in M&A and investment banking, specializing in advising clients in the IT and technology sectors.

Jonathan has over 8 years experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, working on sell-side and buy-side transactions for a range of owner-managed, private equity and corporate clients. 

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a big 4 accounting firm, before joining the M&A team at Mazars advising on a range of mid-market transactions. He subsequently joined River Capital to manage their Private Equity Fund before returning to Mazars. As Vice President, Jonathan advises on M&A transactions throughout Europe, with a focus on the UK market. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys running, playing padel and spending time with his young family.  

Andreas has over 10 years of international experience in financial services. He currently leads TH Global Capital’s growth strategy across the Nordics, while supporting operations throughout Europe.

Prior to joining TH Global Capital, Andreas worked in Paris at the investment bank Bryan Garnier, where he specialized in M&A, capital raising, and growth advisory for technology companies. Before that, he worked at the investment firm EQT and Trustly, a Swedish fintech scale-up backed by BlackRock and Nordic Capital. Andreas holds a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University, majoring in Corporate Financial Management. Outside of work, Andreas is a passionate athlete and traveller, with a keen interest in combining both pursuits.
